| B.J. Robichaud, Principal
Areas
of Practice and Experience:
B.J.
represents clients in a wide array of legal matters primarily
focusing on workers’ compensation and plaintiff’s injury claims.
He has been practicing law since 1986. B.J. has successfully
litigated hundreds of cases to conclusion. He was formerly an
associate attorney in the commercial department of a prominent
Minnesota law firm. B.J. is the principal owner and
president of Robichaud & Anderson P.A. (and its predecessor
firm)
since 1990.

Thomas R. Anderson III, Principal
Areas
of Practice and Experience:
Thomas
practices in immigration law, criminal defense and bankruptcy. He represents clients in all
matters related to immigration with special emphasis on family
immigration, deportation defense and cases where a person has been
charged with a crime. Thomas also works in other matters where an
understanding of immigration law is necessary, such as criminal
defense, bankruptcy and personal injury cases. Thomas is fluent in
Spanish. He lived abroad in Spain, Chile and Italy.

Kristina Lund Alcantara, Associate
Areas
of Practice and Experience:
Kristina
focuses her practice on auto and personal injury and workers’ compensation. She
represents injured people at all stages of the legal process. Kristina
has developed a reputation as an attorney who will not back down to
insurance companies. Kristina
has successfully resolved hundreds of cases, both in settlement and
at trial. Kristina has experience handling injury claims of non-U.S.
citizens and claims in which insurance companies deny claims. Kristina
is fluent
in Spanish.

Brianna Zuber Green,
Associate
Areas
of Practice and Experience: Brianna
represents clients in many areas of law, with a focus on family and
immigration law. Her immigration practice specializes in
family-based immigration, relief from removal and immigration appeals.
She is also experienced in marital
dissolutions, setting and modifying child support and child custody,
and domestic abuse. Brianna has successfully resolved many
divorces and child support and custody modifications, developing
creative solutions to achieve her client's goals. Brianna is a Roach Fellowship Recipient at the University of St.
Thomas School of Law and Robichaud & Anderson P.A., through
which
she provides legal services to low income clients.
