Brianna represents clients in many areas of law, with a focus on immigration, personal injury, and auto accidents. Her immigration practice focuses in family-based immigration, U-Visas, relief from removal and immigration appeals.  Brianna investigates all options available to immigrants to find the best possible route to immigration status for every client. Through her committed representation, she has reunited families who have been unable to see their loved ones in decades.

Brianna also represents clients who have been injured by another’s negligence and in automobile accidents. She has successfully resolved hundreds of personal injury cases through both settlement and litigation. She takes the time to carefully explain to her clients what rights and benefits are available to them and keep them informed throughout the process.  She practices personal injury in both Minnesota and Kentucky.Brianna also takes time to give back to her community. She spent a year volunteering full-time at the Kovler Center for Survivors of Torture working with refugees and asylees. Brianna was a Roach Fellowship Recipient at the University of St. Thomas through which she provided legal services to clients with limited income. Brianna is licensed in Minnesota and Kentucky.
