Allison is thrilled to join the immigration department at RSC Law as an associate attorney. Previously she was a law clerk for RSC Law working on various facets of immigration law.
She specializes in immigrant and non-immigrant visas, adjustment of status applications, I-751 petitions, naturalizations, asylum applications, and several other immigration filings. Allison takes pride in fighting for the rights of her clients both in the courtroom and out. Clients trust Allison’s knowledge and advice because she treats each case with the care and attention it deserves.
Before coming to work for RSC Law, Allison interned with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office assisting with the Flint water crisis and she worked for The Advocates for Human Rights in their refugee and immigrant rights department. Allison is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School.
