Brianna represents clients in many areas of law, with an emphasis on immigration. Her immigration practice focuses in family-based immigration, U-Visas, asylum, relief from removal and immigration appeals.

Brianna creatively and thoroughly investigates all options available to immigrants to find the best possible route to immigration status for every client. Over her nearly a decade of representation, she has handled over a thousand cases with a very high approval ratings. Through her committed representation, she has reunited families who have been unable to see their loved ones in decades.

Brianna also takes time to give back to her community. She spent a year volunteering full-time at the Kovler Center for Survivors of Torture working with refugees and asylees. Brianna was a Roach Fellowship Recipient at the University of St. Thomas through which she provided legal services to clients with limited income. Brianna does pro bono representation through the Volunteer Lawyers Network.
